The centre is not only a multipurpose sporting and entertainment facility, but also offers an excellent lounge area suitable for a variety of purposes such as meetings, seminars, presentations, lectures and displays.

The Kings Lounge has:

A licensed capacity of 100 people, whether seated or standing.
A floor area of 200sq/m 21m by 9.5m.
Kitchen and bar facilities.
Full air conditioning.
Ample car parking.
2 telephone jacks.
4 Single phase socket outlets.
Wireless Broadband Internet

We can provide:

All your catering at competitive prices or you can do it yourself (including alcoholic refreshments).

A wide range of presentation aids for hire, including white boards, lecterns, Data Projector, OHP & screen, television / DVD units etc. These can all be provided at competitive prices.

Kings Lounge Conference and Meeting Rates

Based on up to 100 chairs and 10 tables. Rates start from $40 + GST per hour depending on the length of hire.

$400 + GST ($200 bond also required)
Includes: Kings Lounge hire from 6pm - 1am
Set up from 4pm - 6pm

Equipment Hire Charges

Tables and Chairs are included in the Room hire. The Events Centre has a number of various types of tables available for use. Also included in the Room hire is the use of a white board.

Equipment Hire Prices

Equipment Prices as at 1st April 2009 (subject to change)

Screen - $25 plus GST per day
OHP & Screen - $50 plus GST per day
Television 21" and video - $50 plus GST per day
Television 29" and video - $100 plus GST per day
Electronic Whiteboard - $165 plus GST per day
Flip Chart - $30 plus GST per day (paper $25 plus GST per pad)
Wireless microphone, and speakers - $75 plus GST per day
Data/DVD Projector & Screen - $75 plus GST per day (speakers included also)
